The Trainers Clinic – Mastering the Art of Training

Are you an experienced trainer ready to take your training to the next level? Are you a new or emerging trainer wanting to build skills and confidence before you begin your training career? Either way, this workshop is for you!

You will leave this workshop with the knowledge, skills, experience and confidence you need to create and deliver engaging and experiential workshops and trainings.

The Nuts and Bolts:

The workshop will be held in downtown Toronto, at 1033 Bay Street, Suite 314, on May 23, 24, and 25, 2018

We’ll begin at 3:00 pm on Wednesday, May 23 and go until around 8 (don’t worry – we’ll feed you!) We’ll get to know each other and get started on ‘curation techniques’ and creating ‘teachables.’

On Thursday, May 24 we will be covering learning styles, agenda organization to satisfy all learners (including visual, auditory, kinesthetic and linear and non-linear learners), turning ho-hum learning into experiential learning, and dynamic presence and facilitation.

On Friday, May 25, we’ll wrap up at 4:00 pm . . . after you’ve delivered the workshop that you created on Thursday to your fellow participants and some Toronto mediators and collaborative practitioners. You will receive immediate feedback from Victoria, Deborah, fellow participants and your attendees.

And to help you integrate your learning from this workshop to your trainings and presentations, there will be:

• Follow up individual coaching by Deborah or Victoria

• 1 post-workshop tele-seminar

• Individual feedback on workshop agendas submitted after the program
