Anita Phillips is a collaborative family lawyer, an accredited family mediator, and an estate lawyer with extensive family and estate law experience. She has a particular expertise in negotiating and drafting Separation Agreements, Marriage Contracts and Cohabitation Agreements and in developing estate plans for clients with blended families and for business owners.
A founding partner of Morgan and Phillips LLP, Anita has practiced as a family and estate lawyer since 1992. Prior to becoming a lawyer she studied child and family psychology at university. Her focus as a lawyer has always been on helping clients to agree on fair and respectful settlements that minimize conflict, taxes and costs.
