Rachel Williams obtained her Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School. She articled at a boutique family law firm in York Region and has practiced exclusively in the area of family law in Toronto and Oakville since her call to the bar. Rachel cofounded Morrison Williams Professional Corporation in 2017.
Rachel assists clients in all aspects of their family law matter, including negotiating, mediating and litigating custody and access issues, and complex support and property matters.
Rachel ensures that she maintains a strong relationship with clients by maintaining communication, ensuring her clients understand their legal issues, and assisting clients in obtaining any additional support they may need in the often life changing process that is a separation. Rachel works closely with her clients to understand their objectives and formulate a strategy for achieving their desired outcome.
In the collaborative process, Rachel works closely with other professionals and her clients to ensure that her clients are receiving the supports they need to make informed decisions about the issues arising from their separation and their future.
