12. Can one of the parties withdraw from the Collaborative Family Law process at any time?

The Collaborative Family Law process is voluntary and either party may withdraw at any time. There may also be circumstances when one of the lawyers must resign, for example, if it is discovered that a client is hiding important information during the process.
