Early Neutral Consultation Training Course – LSUC CPD Accredited – Barrie, Toronto, Hamilton

This 4-hour course teaches attendees how to use the intake process of Early Neutral Consultation in their practices and how to work with clients who have attended an Early Neutral Consultation. The course is designed around three (3) modules.

Learning Objectives – This training addresses the challenge of intake to stay out of family court.  Attendees will learn how to use the process of Early Neutral Consultation in their own practices and how to work with clients who have attended Early Neutral Consultation.  Early Neutral Consultation is a single-session, neutral, informational, consensual, empowering, consultation used to provide separating couples together with ranges of options for the law and processes unique to each family, and contacts.  Attendees learn how to apply the Information First model.

Module 1 – Early Neutral Consultation and intake – challenges faced by professionals delivering the Early Neutral Consultation

Module 2 – Information First model to empower separating couples to stay out of court – how the process of Early Neutral Consultation dovetails with other processes such as collaborative law, parenting coaching, financial coaching, mediation, settlement lawyers, etc,

Module 3 – Protocols and Scripts for Early Neutral Consultation and interactive-activation role play to use early neutral consultation

LSUC CPD Accredited – This program contains 2.25 Professionalism Hours.
